On Site Gym.   Take your workout wear and take advantage of the Onsite Gym. 


Get some Air.   Ask the Receptionist for a local walking/jogging map, the locals always know the most scenic and safe areas to exercise in and get some fresh air.


Breakfast of Champions.  Try and steer away from an all-you-can-eat buffet.  Opt for an a-la-carte healthy start, or alternatively a self catering breakfast pack.  It will keep your mind sharp and you won’t be needing a nap by 11am!


Sleep Well.  Although all travellers like to make the most of their time away, avoid working late into the night and try to stick to your normal sleeping patterns.


On a Special Diet?  Opt for a Serviced Apartment with a full kitchen and a shopping   service.  Try pre-ordering your food and self cater — avoid the temptations of room    service.


Maintain your personal relationship focus.  If there is a gift left in the room and you don’t really want to use it—take it home for your partner, children or co-workers.
